Privacy policy

Mahapralaya is a private examination and study platform for verified MBBS students of Batch 15 onwards. It is run by its administrators; it is not an official service of any university.

• Application details: your name, age, batch and personal email address.
• Verification photographs: a photograph of your student ID and a selfie, used only to confirm who you are.
• Account and activity: your profile photo if you add one, examination attempts, answers, scores and results, feedback you send, and Brahmastra access requests.
• Security records: sign-in events, administrator actions, and short-lived rate-limit counters keyed to your account or network address.

• To verify that you are an eligible student and to create your account.
• To run examinations, save your answers, calculate results and show your progress.
• To reply to your feedback, decide access requests and send you notices about the platform.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent misuse.

Only you and the platform’s administrators. Other students never see your answers or results. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers that host the platform: Supabase (database and sign-in), Cloudflare R2 (private file storage) and Resend (email delivery).

• Verification photographs are deleted automatically 30 days after your application is decided.
• Your account, attempts and results are kept while your account exists, so your progress is not lost.
• Security records are kept only as long as needed to investigate misuse.

To protect question banks, the platform disables right-click, printing and the usual screenshot shortcuts on signed-in pages, and hides content while another app has focus. These measures do not record anything about you or your device.

You can update your profile photo at any time. To see the data held about you, correct it, or delete your account, send a request through Feedback to Admin (or ask an administrator directly). We will respond within 30 days.
